1 c boiling water
1 C Nabisco 100% Bran cereal
2/3 c crisco
1 3/4 c sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 c buttermilk
2 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 c Kellogg All Bran

Directions:
Directions:
Combine boiling water and 100% bran cereal. Cream crisco and sugar. Add all of the ingredients. Scoop into greased muffin tin. Bake 350º, 15-20 minutes. Undercook slightly for moister muffins.
Uncooked batter will last up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
