1 - 3 oz raspberry gelatin
1 1/4 c boiling water
1/4 c sugar
1 pkg frozen raspberries
1 T lemon juice
3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cooked pie crust

Dissolve raspberry gelatin into boiling water. Add 1/4 c sugar. Add frozen raspberries and lemon juice. Chill til partially set. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt together. Whip whipping cream. Fold small amount of whipped cream with cream cheese mixture, add remaining whipped cream.
Make pie crust, cool. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture on pie crust, then 1/2 raspberry mixture. Repeat. Chill until set.
