3/4 c soft butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas (4-6)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 c buttermilk or plain yogurt
1/2 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Blend this mixture with bananas eggs and vanilla. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Bake 350º in a regular loaf pan 40-60 minutes or in 4 mini loaf pans 35 minutes.
