1 avocado chopped into cubes
1/4 lb. cooked and peeled shrimp (cut into pieces)
1/2 c. celery (finely chopped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. I.M.O. or sour cream
1 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1 tsp. squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Dash salt and pepper
Halved avocados for stuffing

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise, I.M.O.©, or sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt and pepper with a mixer. Add chopped avocado, shrimp and celery. Mix by hand. Place mixture in 1/2 of a peeled, seeded avocado on a bed of lettuce on a small saucer. Note: Use 1/4 lb. shrimp for 2 and 1/2 lb.shrimp for 4.
