2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated) or 4 cups
1/2 c. onion (finely chopped)
1/2 c. celery (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grate cheese and mix all of the ingredients together. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15-18 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 4 dozen. Sausage cheese balls can be frozen uncooked.

For a firmer texture, add an extra 3 cups of Bisquick© mix and an extra 2 cups grated cheese to the ingredients listed above.
