2 lbs ground hamburger (or deer meat)
1/2 C water
2 T Morton Tender Quick salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion salt
2 t liquid smoke
1 T brown sugar
2 t pepper corns
1/4 t mustard seeds

mix and cover in fridge for 24 hours. Mix again and refrigerates another 24 hours. Form 2 equal rolls. Bake in pan uncovered at 300ºfor 1 1/2 hours
Cool and eat. You could add chopped jalopies if you want it to be hot
