Ingredients:
Head of cabbage
1 1/2 # ground beef
1 onion
salt
milk
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage leaves and separate leaves.
Mix: uncooked hamburger, onion, salt, about 1/2 c cooked rice and enough milk to make everything stick together.
Take palm size amount of meat mixture and wrap in cabbage leaves. Brown 'pig in the blanket' in butter. Put all of the 'pigs' in an electric frying pan (or in roasting pan in the oven). Pour enough water over the top to come half way up the 'pig'. Add 1 tsp vinegar pan. Simmer all day. Keep checking the water level and add to maintain original level. This is the juice for your 'mashed potatoes', which you can serve with the pigs!
