3 1/2 C chicken broth & 2 or 3 cups chicken cubed
8 celery ribs ( use more if you want)
4 carrots ( i use more and i use the small ones)
2 medium potatoes ( I use 6 or 8)
1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 t pepper
2 C whole kernel corn
1/4 c butter
3/4 c flour
2 C milk (or Cream)
2 c cheese ( i use velveeta)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour chicken broths into Dutch oven. Add carrots,celery, onion, potatoes, and mix well. Bring to boil, cover reduce heat and simmer, 15 to 20 min, or until veg. are tinder add chicken. Melt butter over low hear add flour and stir until smooth, gradually add milk(cream) whisking constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened. Add cheese to mixture stirring until stirring until well blended ( take off burner when you add the cheese) Slowly add the cheese mixture to the veg and mix well. Add corn cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Enjoy
