1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet over med-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. saute onions for about 2 minutes, stirring often. Stir in the broth, wine, and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 5 min).
Remove from heat and stir in the butter and chives.
