1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and peanut butter, add 3/4 cup brown sugar and continue creaming. Stir in 1 egg. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to 1st ingredients. Mix well. Chill 2 hours and shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with a fork. Bake 375 for about 10 minutes
