4 apples
2 cups water
4 tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 115 degrees
2. Mix water and lemon juice
3. Peel and core apples
4. Cut into thin slices
5. Place slices in water mixture as you cut them (this keeps them from browning)
6. Take apples out of water
7. Lay apples flat and evenly on a cookie sheet
8. Bake 4-6 hours until dry.
