1 (16 oz.) pkg. ham cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
6-7 celery ribs, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. peeled mini carrots, finely chopped in a food processor
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 (15 oz.) can northern beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup kettle, saute onion, celery, and carrots in oil. Add the ham, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chili powder. Add the flour and stir until mixed in. Add the tomato juice, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and beans. Bring to a boil for approximately 10-15 minutes. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes and serve.
