3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. soda
2 cups water
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 stick margarine/butter
1/4 cup. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and mix well. Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 375º for about 30 minutes.

Frosting:
Melt butter in pan and then add milk, sugar, and cocoa. Cook 1 1/2 minutes after it comes to a boil. Then remove from heat and add vanilla, stir just a bit and ice cake.
