Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 cloves garlic
1 large can tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce (or 2 small cans)
1 large can tomato paste (or 2 small cans)
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef until crumbly. Saute onion and green pepper in a little olive oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients, mix and simmer uncovered for 2 hours. Remove bay leaves and garlic cloves.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
