2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup pecans
Topping:
2/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and margarine. Put into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust. Heat 2/3 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over pecans. Bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes. Spread package of chocolate chips over top.
