1 pound white mushrooms
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat in cast iron skillet. Add mushrooms and saute until brown. Add garlic and saute for five more minutes. Add Worchestershire sauce and wine. Lower heat and cook for 25 minutes or until most of the liquid is reduced. Serve as appetizer or with grilled steak.
