2 large packages of crescent rolls
½ pound each of:
Genoa salami (boiled)
Ham
Mozzarella
Provolone (thinly sliced)
2 eggs
½ c. of parmesan cheese
7 oz. jar of roasted peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9 X 13” pan, stretching to fit without breaking the seams. Spread with a layer of ham, mozzarella, salami, and provolone. Repeat layers one more time. Cut peppers into strips. Place in a layer on top. Beat 1 egg with parmesan and spread on top of peppers. Top with a second package of crescent rolls, covering the top completely. Beat the other egg and brush the top of the crust. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
