2 lb. hamburger
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 Large jar Cheez Wiz
Oregano
Parmesan, grated
Parsley
1 doz.English muffins (24 halves)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Add Ragu. Lightly butter muffins and brown under broiler. Spread muffins with cheez whiz and add meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and oregano. Heat for about 15 - 20 minutes in oven.

***Can freeze. Let partially thaw and re-heat at 325º - 350º 15 minutes.
