1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can (16.5 oz) blueberries, well drained
1 can (16.5 oz) blackberries, well drained
Ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease 13x9x2 inch pan. For crust and topping, combine cake mix, oats, walnuts and butter in large bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle remaining topping mixture over fruit. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
