3/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking soda
2 T. cold water
1/2 c. cold coffee
1/2 c. Kahlua
1 1/3 c. flour
2 T. vanilla
4 egg whites, beaten stiff

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Kahlua

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º Grease and flour bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa and egg yolks. Dissolve soda in water and combine with coffee and kahlua. Add to butter, alternating with flour. Add vanilla and beaten egg whites, folding to combine. Pour into bundt pan; remove air bubbles. Bake 1 hour.
GLAZE:
Combine ingredients. Pour a small amount of glaze on the warm cake before you take it out of the pan. Let it soak in and repeat. Remove cake to serving plate. Slowly spoon remaining glaze over cake, allowing it to soak in. Wrap in foil and freeze.
Serve with a dallop of whipped cream and a few sliced strawberries.
