3 eggs (per 2 slices bread)
Milk
Bailey's Liqueur
Thick sliced bread
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and Bailey's. Soak bread in the mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet, add the drenched bread and fry until brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.
