Ingredients:  
1 C shortening
2 eggs
2 t cream of tartar
1 t soda
1 1/2 C sugar
2 3/4 C flour
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well the shortening, sugar and eggs. Add flour. Mix cream of tartar, soda and salt into batter. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in mixture of 1/2 C sugar and 1/2 t cinnamon. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375º.
