1/2 C vegetable oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 C confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla; measure flour by dip-level-pour method. Stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350º. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar. Roll and shape into a ball. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
