2 C sugar
33 large marshmallows
1 (10 oz) pkg. cherry chips
1 t. vanilla
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
2/3 C peanut butter
3/4 lb. peanuts, chopped
2/3 C evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Bring marshmallows, evaporated milk and sugar to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let cool.

Topping:
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add peanuts. Stir until creamy. Spread on top of cherry mixture and chill.
