1-1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In bowl, stir pumpkin and sugar together. Add milk and cooking oil, mix well. Stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves and ginger. Stir in pumpkin mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 4 greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans onto wire rack. Cool completely. Wrap and store overnight. Makes 4 small loaves.
