1-1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, stir pumpkin and sugar together. Add milk and cooking oil, mix well. Stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves and ginger. Stir in pumpkin mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 4 greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans onto wire rack. Cool completely. Wrap and store overnight. Makes 4 small loaves.
