BATTER;
2-2/3 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c milk

STREUSEL TOPPING:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/4 c butter
1 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, with mixer at med.speed, mix butter with brown sugar and eggs. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. At low speed, blend in milk, the the flour mixture beating just to combine. Turn batter into pan, spreading evenly. Combine streusel ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 for 25 min. until tester comes out clean. Let cool slightly in pan. Serve warm. Serves 16
