1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup celery
1 can chicken broth
1 1/4 cup milk
2 medium potatoes - baked - cut into cubes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 slices bacon - crisp & crumbled
3/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp. green onion slices
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Add onion and celery and cook until tender crisp. Add broth, milk, potatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Slight crush potatoes with back of spoon. Reduce heat to medium/low. Simmer 5 minutes.

Add bacon, cheese and onion. Reserve some for toppings.
