8 to 12 eggs
2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. croutons
2 pounds cooked and drained sausage or
2 pounds cooked, diced ham
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and milk and put into deep 9x13 pan. Put croutons in egg mixture. Let set. Place cooked and drained sausage or cooked, diced ham on top of egg mixture.

Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Put mushroom soup mixed with milk over the top of the mixture. Can be mixed up night before.

Bake 350º oven for 45 minutes or until set.
