Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
1 egg
1 C chocolate chips

Batter:
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 cocoa
2 t salt
1 t soda
1/2 C sugar

1 C water
1/2 C oil
1/2 t vanilla
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Mix filling. Set aside.

Mix together: water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Mix with dry ingredients. Drop 2 T of the filling on batter.

Bake 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
