Ingredients:  
1 lb box velvetta cheese
1 lb sausage (Hot is better)
1 small bunch of broccoli
1 can rotel tomatoes
1/2 -1 cup milk or heavy cream
2 tbs cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, start browning the sausage.
In medium saucepan, add all other ingredients and heat on low til melted, stirring regularly. When sausage is done, add to cheese mixture. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
(You can do this in a crock pot and leave on low while serving to keep from having to re-heat)

You can add any variety of cheeses to this mixture, just be sure to do it when velvetta cheese mixture is hot or your dip will seperate.
