2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
Approx. 3 cups of flour
3 eggs
¼ cup of milk
1 tsp Lawry’s, approx
1 tsp Dill Weed, approx
1 tsp Lemon Pepper, approx
1 ½ tsp salt, approx
1 tbsp pepper
1 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
2.Mix eggs and milk a small mixing bowl
3.Put oil in skillet and heat over med to med low heat until oil is puddling.
4.Take a piece of chicken and roll it in the Flour Mixture until fully coated then in the egg mixture and then in the flour mixture again. Then place the chicken strip in the pan and fry until thoroughly cooked. You will have to flip the chicken strips in the middle of cooking them.
5.Repeat step 4 until all chicken is cooked, serve warm.
