2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 c crunchy peanut butter
1 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips (can use butterscotch chips)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
10 oz. marshmallows
1 large jar dry roasted peanuts (I use Costco brand)

In double boiler - low heat bring to boil first five ingredients. Meanwhile, have a 9x13 pan greased. Put a layer of peanuts on the bottom of the pan. Pour, slowly, 1/2 boiling mixture over the layer of nuts, then put a single layer of mini marshmallows. Then pour the rest of caramel mixture over the layer of marshmallow. Make sure to cover marshmallows evenly. Last put single layer of peanuts over the top. gently press peanuts into the caramelized mixture. Cool and cut into desired pieces.
