3 cups biscuit mix (Jiffy or Bisquick)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 - 12 oz. bottle or can of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Put mix into large mixer bowl with the sugar; add beer and mix thoroughly at low speed. Spread in a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.

Tip: you can do a lot with this recipe. Add a half-teaspoon or dried chili, maybe some rosemary, or a fourth cup of grated cheese --you get the idea.
