1/2 C margarine
1 C sugar
1 egg
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 C chopped nuts
1/2 C chocolate chips
1 C miniature marshmallows
1 C brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg and 2 egg yolks. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; combine the 2 mixtures, blending thoroughly. Spread batter in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over batter. Beat 2 egg whites stiff, fold in brown sugar. Spread over top of cake. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into bars.
