1 lb. any sausage
2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies

tostitos - scoops are the best
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a frying pan and drain. In a crockpot combine with the cream cheese and tomatoes. Stir together and cook on high for a couple of hours stirring frequently.

This makes one batch.

My sister started me on this recipe. You can make as hot or as mild as you like it. I always make two batches and it always gets gone!
