1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup thin sliced green onions with tops
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tsp. ginger root, grated
1 10 oz. can white chicken meat
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg white, beaten
1/4 cup mayo
1 garlic clove, pressed
24 wonton wrappers
Sauce:
1/2 cup red jalapeno jelly
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the filing ingredients. Brush edges of the wonton wrappers with a little water. Scoop filling into the center. Shape and drizzle slightly with oil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to l5 minutes on a stone. Warm in the microwave the 1/2 cup red jalapeno jelly, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce for 30 to 40 seconds. Use as dipping sauce.
