2 T butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, blend in cornstarch, sugar and salt. Gradually add milk, heat to boiling, stir in beaten egg yolks. Return to heat and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool.
1/2 cup peanut butter, add confectioners sugar until peanut butter forms small balls. Work sugar in with fork. Add peanut butter balls to custard. Pour into baken crust and let cool. Save 2 T peanut butter balls for top. Cover with whipped cream and Serve
