1 pkg classic white sauce mix
2 3/4 cups milk, divided
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 pkg (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 pkg (10 ounces) roasted carved chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup all purpose baking mix
1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400. Prepare white sauce mix according to package directions with 2 1/4 cups milk; stir in thyme. Mix vegetables, chicken and prepared white sauce in shallow 2 quart casserole. Combine baking mix, 2/3 cup French Fried onions and remaining 1/2 milk in medium bowl until blended. Drop 6-8 spoonfuls of dough over chicken mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Sprinkle biscuits with cheese and remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are golden.
