2 apples, peeled, cored
2 tbs butter, divided
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 pkg refrigerated garlic and herb marinated pork loin fillet
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg (4 ounces) stroganoff pasta mix
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup sour cream

Cut apples into 1/4 inch thick slices, Melt 1 tbs butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. add apples and onion. Cook 5-10 minutes or until apples are lightly browned. remove to small bowl; set aside. Cut 1/2 pork loin into 1/2 inch thick slices. (reserve remaining pork for another meal) Melt remaining 1 tbs butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown pork in 2 batches, 1-2 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Remove to warm platter, repeat with remaining pork. Place broth and milk in skillet; bring to a boil. Add pasta mix, apple mixture and pepper; mix well. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until noodles are tender and sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream. Serve with Pork.
