Ingredients:  
1/2 chopped medium onion
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c sour cream
2 c shredded cheese (Cheddar)
2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes
1/2 c melted margarine
2 - 3 c crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop onion and saute in 1/2 c margarine
Stir together onion, soups, sour cream and cheese
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in potatoes.
Spoon into 9 x 13 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix remaining margarine and Corn Flakes and spread evenly over casserole.
Bake for one hour.
