CAKE:
2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sour milk**
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup chopped walnuts


CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
touch of milk

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE: Stir together flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, sour milk, banana and walnuts. In a saucepan, bring margarine and water to a boil. While still hot, pour over flour mixture and mix together well with mixer. Pour into greased 11X17 jelly roll pan. Bake at 380º for approximately 18 minutes. Cool before frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: In small bowl combine cream cheese, milk and margarine. Mix well with electric beater. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Recipe makes enough for one sheet cake.

**Add a little vinegar to milk and let it set a minute to sour.
