4 Mars Bars (chopped)
1/2 cup margarine or 1 square
3 cups Rice Krispies
Directions:
Directions:
Melt mars bars and margarine until smooth over low heat. Stirring constantly. Mixture will separate. Keep stirring until silky smooth. Remove from heat. Add rice krispies. Press into 9x9 pan.

Topping:

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup margarine or 1/2 square

Melt over low heat. Spread over base. Cut into squares. Let cool.
