1 cup butter
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1-1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts (large pieces)
1 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate bits

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and chocolate in a med. sized sauce pan over moderate heat. Remove from heat.

2. Beat in sugar with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and flour. Stir well. Add 1 cup of the walnuts.

3. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining walnuts with chocolate bits, sprinkle over top, pressing down lightly.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares.
