1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. fresh dill or 1 t. dried
1 tsp. yellow mustard seeds
1 tsp. kosher salt
4 6 oz. salmon filets
1 cedar plank - soaked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Dijon mustard through salt in small bowl. Spread mixture over salmon; reserve 3 tsp. mixture for sauce. Heat grill to 350 - 400' Place soaked plank on grill. Heat for 3 minutes, flip plank. Place salmon on plank, close lid and cook for 12 minutes or until done. Salmon will continue to cook after removing from grill. Mix remaining mustard mixture with sour cream and spoon over planked salmon.
