Ingredients:
2 c. (1/2 lb.) Pecan halves
1/2 T. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place pecans in 13"x9"x2" Pyrex dish. Melt margarine and pour over pecans, stirring well to coat pecans. Place in microwave on High for 2 minutes. Take out and add seasoned salt, stirring thoroughly. Place back in microwave for 2 minutes, then 1 minute, then 1 more minute for a total of 6 minutes. Taste after the last two 1 minutes intervals. Microwave each time on High uncovered. Time must be adjusted depending on the strength of the microwave. When everything is right the pecans have a crunch and then melt in your mouth.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The pecans were picked up from "the place", cracked and then picked out. Rose always liked to pick up the pecans and if there was a good crop even sell some. She liked to tell about her mother, Mom Bea picking them up and selling them for Christmas money!
