1 C butter
1/2 C brown sugar
2 C flour
1 C chopped nuts

1 10 oz. Pkg frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 t vanilla
1/2 pt whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. When brown, press 1/2 of mixture in pan and save 1/2 for topping.

Place remainder of ingredients, except whipped cream in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 20 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Top with 1/2 of crumb mixture. Place in freezer overnight.
