2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt

1 c. Knox gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water.

1 c. cream, whipped
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla

10 or 12 graham crackers
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. melted butter

2 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together: 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, pinch of salt.
Add: 1 c. Knox gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water. Stir into custard and cool.

Add: 1 c. cream, whipped and 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, 1 tsp. vanilla.

Crust: 10 or 12 graham crackers, 2 T. brown sugar, 2 T. melted butter

Slice 2 bananas on graham cracker crust. Pour custard mixture over bananas and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
