Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine (melted)
1 c. nuts

First layer
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container cool whip

Second layer
2 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Third layer
1 large container Cool Whip

Can also use butterscotch pudding and toasted coconut for top.

Crust:
Mix and bake 15 minutes at 350º in 13 x 9 pan.

First layer:
Whip together and spread over cooled crust.

Second layer:
Beat and spread over first layer.

Third layer:
Spread over top. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or grated sweet chocolate.
