1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 cups crab meat
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs

Melt butter and add flour. Mix well and cook for one minute. Add milk and water, bring to a boil to thicken cream sauce. Add the remaining ingredients,(not the bread crumbs) and pour the mixture into a casserole dish.

Top with the bread crumbs, tossed with a little butter. Then, top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
