2 medium apples
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup Craisins or raisins
sugar, to taste

Directions:

Peel and slice apples into a microwave-safe bowl. Add other ingredients and water to nearly cover. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Let stand until cool. If you want softer fruit, add a little more water and cook a little longer. Add sugar if desired. Makes about ten 1/2 cup servings.
